The Beurer OT80 Personal Fertility Kit makes family planning easy! These Ovulation test strips are part of a self-test system that also includes a mobile application to be used with the included blue FSH and pink LH hormonal test strips. This Ovulation Test Kit is designed to estimate the most fertile days of a woman‘s menstrual cycle. The accompanying mobile App tracks factors of this cycle based on user input. This system uses hormonal profiles, acquired by testing hormones FSH and LH (follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone) for a few days, to determine when ovulation is most likely. The system then displays the Fertile Window (the daily chance to conceive), based on those hormonal readings.

I’m a fem tech junkie so I had to try this out! First time using test strips for FSH. Have used LH test strips before. Have used fertility monitors that test estrogen, LH, and Progesterone. I like when you take pictures of your strips it pretty intuitive and can line up the information. Will give you the information you are looking for. Shows a graph chart. What I wish it would have was numerical readings (that might be me being spoiled with my other fertility machines). I have to force close the app everyday because if I don’t the app doesn’t realize it’s the next day. Which then means it could be telling you to test just FSH, FSH & LH, or just LH and you might need to test both or just one. They only sell the whole kit, wish they just sold the test strips for a refill. I don’t use the handle because I dip the strips in urine. But the handle is for you if you rather pee on strips (my stream is not reliable). I got the strips later than when they want you to start testing with FSH (blue). They want you to start on day 2 of your cycle. Not bad for the price compared to other fertility items.

The app is junk

The app is junk, making the kit unusable. App takes a picture and then gets stuck. Customer service told me to use a less reflective surface ????
